Application
EP Gear Oils are designed for use in a wide variety of applications, including: manual gearboxes, transaxles, transfer boxes, PTO boxes, reduction hubs/gear, differentials (including hypoid designs), axles, planetary and epicyclic drives, shaft drives, sprocket drives, track drives, track rollers, track idlers, hoist/winch gearboxes, steering boxes, oil lubricated bearings, swivel housings, swing gearboxes, slewing rings/gears, etc. Additionally, EP75W/80 has been specifically formulated for use in Peugeot/Citroen gearboxes requiring an oil of this viscosity classification and performance level.

Morris Lodexol FS 75W/90
Lodexol FS 75W/90 is a synthetic high performance gear oil that has excellent extreme pressure (EP) performance and load carrying ability, as well as providing rust and corrosion protection to transmission components. This grade not only has outstanding low temperature fluidity, eliminating cold start gear selection problems (cold baulking), but can also cope with highly stressed gearboxes running at high temperatures. The extremely strong synthetic base fluid maintains lubricating film integrity under the toughest shock load conditions demonstrating superior performance over conventional mineral oils.

Applications
Lodexol FS 75W/90 gear oil is designed and recommended for use in a wide variety of applications, including: manual gearboxes, semi-automatic gearboxes, transaxles, transfer boxes, differentials, axles, reduction hubs, PTO boxes, steering gear, oil lubricated wheel bearings, angle drives, hoist/winch gearboxes, slew gears/rings, track drive gearboxes, track rollers/idlers, etc.

Morris Lodexol XFS 80W/140 Fully Synthetic Gear Oil
Lodexol XFS 80W/140 is a fully synthetic gear oil that has been formulated with high levels of extreme pressure (EP) additives and friction modifiers to protect the critical mechanisms of limited slip differentials. In addition to high load carrying capability, Lodexol XFS 80W/140 will protect against rust and corrosion and has a low foaming tendency. Shock loading occurs when one of the driven wheels looses traction and the differential locks redistributing the drive equally. Standard API GL5 gear oils are unable to cope with this extreme condition and therefore it necessary to use a proper limited slip differential oil to promote long component life.

Application
Lodexol XFS 80W/140 is based on synthetic oil technology and will protect limited slip differentials fitted to high performance cars (including BMW, Morgan, TVR, Aston Martin) and motorsport models. Additionally this grade may be used in various other automotive, agricultural and heavy duty designs of limited slip differential or drive axle, where a SAE 80W/140, API GL5 lubricant is required.

Tractor Transmission Oil - Morris Liquimatic HY
Liquimatic HY is a hydraulic/transmission fluid formulated with high quality mineral oils and specialised additives for use in agricultural and plant equipment, where the Case MS1207/1209 specifications are called for. This product is designed to protect transmission components, reduce brake chatter, clutch slippage and minimise final drive wear. Liquimatic HY can be used in hydraulic systems where it provides outstanding pump protection and where its high level of water tolerance reduces the likelihood of filter blocking. The additive system also gives this oil superior resistance to oxidation, rust and corrosion, together with improved anti-foam performance.

Applications
Liquimatic HY is recommended for use in a variety of applications where an oil of this quality is specified. Applications include: powershift transmissions, mechanical transmissions, transaxle/hydraulic systems, hydrostatic drives, torque converters, final drives, reduction hubs, power steering, PTO boxes, brake/clutch systems, hydraulic units, etc.

Tractor Transmission Oil - Morris Liquimatic JDF
Liquimatic JDF is a hydraulic/transmission fluid formulated with high quality mineral oils and specialised additives for use in agricultural, plant and material handling equipment.
This grade provides anti-wear and extreme pressure (EP) protection to gear systems, including transmissions and final drives, as well as ensuring that hydraulic system integrity is maintained.
Additionally, Liquimatic JDF has superior wet (oil immersed) brake performance, assisting in the elimination of “squawk and chatter” and therefore prolonging the life of frictional materials and other components. The additive system also provides superior resistance to oxidation, rust and corrosion, together with improved antifoam performance.

Applications
Liquimatic JDF is recommended for use in a variety of applications where an oil of this quality is specified. Tractor Transmission Oil-Morris Super Farm Universal 10W/30
Super Farm Universal has been designed to cover the majority of agricultural lubrication requirements, whilst maintaining a reduced inventory. This grade is formulated with the latest additive technology and high quality mineral oils to produce a universal lubricant for tractors, combines and agricultural machinery subjected to the severest of operating conditions.

Applications

ENGINES: Suitable for 4-four stroke naturally aspirated and turbocharged diesel engines, where it provides the highest standards of engine cleanliness and component protection. Low temperature fluidity helps overcome starting problems for exposed farm equipment and protects against wear from start up, right through to the highest operating temperatures.

HYDRAULICS: Performs extremely well in all hydraulic systems where it protects pumps, system components and rams against wear and corrosion right through the extremes of operating conditions and temperatures. A special anti-foam additive is incorporated to release entrained air and help prevent sponginess in system operation. This oil has also been designed for use in hydrostatic transmissions on equipment where a universal product is recommended by the manufacturer.

TRANSMISSIONS: Designed for coping with shock loads and provide high load bearing protection for gears and other components. It is also recommended for farm tractors and other plant where the transmission contains oil immersed or “wet brakes”. This oil has been formulated to reduce the tendency for the brakes to “squawk and chatter”, whilst protecting brake system components.
